Thanks to everyone's patience and persistence during last Tuesday's meet against Germantown we were able to finish the meet in a reasonable time even with all the delays and confusion. Also, congratulations to Caroline Kettl for getting an All-Star time in the IM!
`A' Meet – Our next A Meet is Saturday, July 7th at home against Germantown. Please arrive at the pool by 7:45am. Our theme for this meet is `Red, White & Blue Otters'. Dress as patriotic as possible and please take a moment to remember all those who are serving (or have served) our country.
Teen Pool Party - Saturday, July 7th, 6:00-9:30pm. All swimmers entering 8th grade and above are invited to a pool party with pizza, soda/water, music (we have a D.J.!), dancing & splashing. Otter team members are $5.00 each; guests (non-team members) are $10.00 each. Don't forget to bring your rafts and other water toys as well as a dessert to share.
`B' Relays - at Manchester Farms, Monday, July 9th. Warm-ups begin at 5:15pm. If you swam in 1 relay or less at the A-Relays, you are eligible to compete. Please notify Coach Dyann immediately if your swimmer is eligible but will not be at the meet. If someone doesn't show up it will prevent 3 other swimmers from swimming in a relay race! Also please check in with Coach Dyann when you arrive.
Home `B' Meet – vs. Westleigh, Wednesday, July 11th. Please be at the Q.O. pool by 4:30pm for warm-ups. The theme is "Pirates of Quince Orchard!! Come dressed as your favorite pirate or you may be "Walking the plank, Matey". Arghh!!
Doughnut & Bagel Day – Everyone is invited to enjoy doughnuts and bagels after the Team practice on Thursday, July 12th. Little Otters and their `coaches' will have their food at 11:00am after their practice.
